How We Work

Each of our clients has their own objectives and faces specific challenges in reaching them. Our approach has four stages:

Discovery

We will meet with business owners initially to understand what their aspirations are and through completing a fact find on the business with them and other senior personnel we will be in a position to identify both the strengths and weaknesses of the business.

Analysis

We will use the information gathered to create a bespoke project plan that builds on the strengths and encourages client involvement in addressing the weaknesses. The outcome will be a series of events and actions with a clear time frame and all the necessary documentation.

Implementation

Our clients are fully involved in implementing the agreed solution(s) and we work with them to ensure that progress occurs, helping make adjustments as circumstances and markets change. We believe that our focus on client involvement allows us to build confidence in the outcome and develop effective solutions.

Review

The FCA expect client outcomes to be the centre of your business plan, we have a similar belief in the way we should work with our clients. Periodic checks that the plan is delivering the expected benefits are essential. For some firms this will be in building internal capability so that future requirements can be addressed without our assistance, others prefer to retain us.
